Why it matters
Brows frame a share of the face’s total width. This distinguishes short brows on a broad face from longer brows that extend further across the upper face.
- Lower: shorter combined brow spans relative to the face.
- Higher: longer combined brow spans relative to the face.

A worked example
Two brows each spanning 49 units across a 140-unit face give (49 + 49) ÷ 140 = 0.70.
