Plans, upgrades & receipts

Three tiers. Free shows you the shape of your report, Basic gives you the whole report, Pro adds the tools for changing it. Everything you unlock stays attached to your analyses; upgrading later fills in what was hidden.

What each plan includes

Pricing

Prices above are in US dollars; checkout shows the equivalent in your local currency where supported. Quarterly and yearly plans are billed in full at the start of the period. All plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Upgrading, downgrading and switching periods

• Upgrading (Basic → Pro, or to a longer billing period) takes effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period and the new price from the next renewal. You see the exact amount before confirming.
• Downgrading (Pro → Basic, or to a shorter period) is scheduled for the end of your current period so you keep what you paid for. The plan page shows “Active (Downgrading)” with the date; you can undo it with Keep My Benefits any time before then. No credit or partial refund is issued for downgrades.
• When you downgrade, features exclusive to the higher tier become locked again, including previously unlocked ratios and simulations. Nothing is deleted; it reappears if you upgrade again.

Receipts and payment details

Go to Profile → Billing. Every charge is listed with a link to the receipt. Manage Billing opens the secure Stripe portal where you can update your card, change the billing email or download invoices. We never see or store your full card number.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and emails you. Your plan shows as past due and paid features may be paused until the payment succeeds. Update your card via Manage Billing to fix it. If you would rather stop, cancelling a past-due subscription ends it immediately and voids the open invoice, so you are not charged.

Quotas

Landmark mapping is rate-limited per day on every plan to keep the detection models responsive for everyone (the limit rises with each tier). Analyses are unlimited on Basic and Pro. If you hit a limit you will see a message with the reset time.
